Group leader of the Perception Team of the BME AutomatedDrive laboratory.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics of the Technical University of Košice with a doctorate in transport sciences from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2005.
Research areas:
In 2006 he was awarded the Suzuki Foundation’s postdoctoral research fellowship, in 2008 the János Bolyai postdoctoral fellowship. In 2013, he conducted research in Japan through the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Invitational Scholarship Program.
From 2015 to 2018, he was an R&D engineer in the field of machine vision at Kyoto Robotics Corporation in Japan, where he led the machine vision group from 2017.
