Deputy Head of the Engineering and Business Intelligence Research Laboratory of SZTAKI, Head of the Process and Data Integration Group of the laboratory.
Associate professor at the Department of Manufacturing Science and Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (GPK), Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

He obtained his PhD degree in technical sciences, including manufacturing technology, in 2000 at the Budapest University of Technology.

Member of the Technical Federation for Multi-Body Dynamics of the International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science (IFToMM).

Research areas:

  • computer aided mechanical mechanism design
  • freely configurable, scalable production IT systems
  • theoretical and practical problems of multi-body kinematic and dynamic modeling
  • design and synthesis of mechanisms
  • virtual machining simulation
  • information exchange modeling between CAD-CAM-CNC machines
