Tamás Bécsi, ARNL researcher was honoured

Among others, Tamás Bécsi, researcher active in the ARNL, received a high state award on the occasion of the national holiday of 15 March 2023.

Our ARNL colleague Tamás Bécsi was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Merit of Hungary by Minister János Csák. Tamás Bécsi, Associate Professor of the Department of Control for Transportation and Vehicle Systems at the Faculty of Transport Engineering and Vehicle Engineering of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), received the high distinction in recognition of his work in the development of automotive engineering education in Hungary and in the education of the new generation of engineers, as well as his outstanding educational, professional and research achievements, the BME website reported.
